The rule for the wings is only one - they should represent the fairy's power. Bloom is a fairy of dragon flame - she has dragon wings, Stella fairy of stars - her wings consist of stars, etc.

TBH, I like pink+blue combination (yep x3), but sometimes I really want to see Bloom in her true (fire) colors. So I decided to draw her in her true colors.
