This doesn't necessarily mean pairings, I'm just pointing out things I've noticed...

Pro3 + Mitsuru = Naoto - Serious attitude, lacking sense of humor, bears quite a bit of resemblence to the Pro3, has the same story of being orphaned, and SPOILER those measurements Teddie mentioned. Because he KNOWS these kinds of things. /SPOILER

Shinjiro + Bebe = Kanji - Tough guy, has a secret hobby, the secret hobby happens to be sewing, acts like a badass while actually a softie, and (though artificial) blonde hair. A bit of a stretch, but I think you understand where I'm coming from, yes?

Pro3 + Yukari = Yosuke - As mentioned before in one of my previous deviations, Yosuke has Yukari's hair and eyes, the Protagonist's interest in headphones, and Yuri Lowenthal's voice. 'Nough said.

Ryoji + Aigis = Human Teddie - DESCRIPTION CONTAINS MAJOR SPOILERS Teddie has Aigis' hair, the blue eyes like both, a similar color scheme to both characters, happens to be an insufferable flirt like Ryoji, and is also a Shadow like Ryoji./SPOILERS

Tamaki + Hunny = Bebe - I KNOW THESE AREN'T PERSONA CHARACTERS, BUT IT'S SO FRICKING OBVIOUS. DON'T TELL ME YOU DON'T GET IT.

Bebe loves sweets and cute things (to be specific, knit rabbits), is completely innocent, happens to be French much like Tamaki, have an infinite fascination with Japanese culture, tends to have fanboy moments, can be a charming flirt when he wants to be.
