This is a great painting. Her horns look good. Her face is lovely. With the tilt of her head she seems to be looking for or at something. Perhaps she is questioning something or someone.
Her grey eyes are nice. The pendant is lovely. She seems to be wearing a party dress. She looks good in it. It looks like she may be at a party of some sort. Her arms are fading so maybe she's a ghost or a magical being. Based on the title she's half human and half something else so she is probably magical.
This is a nice painting and I'm sure she is on an adventure of some kind.

Actually yeah, this outfit looks like a party dress, however this wasn't my purpose. And those sparkling lights also seem a bit that she is in a club. Modern fantasy?

as you'd like constructive criticism:
her pose is rarely used and I imagine hard to draw, so kudos to that! the only downside is her bosom. her boobies seem kinda 'glued' on top of her torso. neither their form not their lighting reflects your usual thoughtfulness of your paintings^^

it looks really beautiful. only critique i can think of is her jaw line looks a bit long but i don't know if thats just the type of jaw line she has

I thought it's too big for a women but it isn't that big deal (or I just got used to see?).
