Your execution and effects are beautiful as always but the face structure is messed up. The mouth has a weird perspective instantly first thing a viewer notices. I know it's hard to spot your own mistakes in a painting (that's why i still suck at it xD) but other than the mouth being out of place, everything else looks pretty good!
