Lol Yay! It's Cell looking all debonair and dashing as Jasmine admires from behind. A very quick oekaki...Cell always turns out better when I draw him with oekaki...how strange XD ....Obviously the clouds are from a random google image because I become very tired and lazy... =_= however I am pleased with how it turned out
