's OC Hutarowhich is basically Hotaru as a girl, haha...I love it
she's so cute
sketched in Oekaki, then finished in Photoshop CS3
Anyways, I thought she looked interesting. I have been able to practice a lot, and I'm seeing it pay off. ^^
Hope its ok that I tweaked her outfit a litlle. There were a few variations I saw, and I just kinda merged them..haha..
