Good composition! I don't know if it was intentional or not, but you were using the rule of thirds when it comes to the position of Bloom and the foliage resting along side her.

Is that where the object of interest (in this case, her face) is situated on one of those hashtag lines you're supposed to draw? I don't know a more sophisticated way to put it, but I wanted to make sure I knew what you were talking about.

You have a very attractive painting technique, BloomTH. The soft brush strokes and vivid hues of blue and green make the foliage look quite vivid and natural. The flowers, while only a smattering of strokes, enrich the background in an abstract way. Sadly, your character strikes me as yet another one of the hundreds of Sonic rip-offs that plague the fandom. The last one I saw was Splash the sea urchin who belonged to Drawloverlala. After I criticized the derivative look, she redesigned him to better effect. Perhaps you could do the same here.
The title is a bit misleading too. I was expecting a picture of... you know....

Actually the mischievous expression might just be her eye shape combined with that angle. Unless you know....she's always just a bit on the mischievous side. XD
