Holy frak I knew I wasn't the only one to notice how SIMILAR these two are to Panty and Stocking! (To the point of expecting this very same fanart)
I read the manga first, then I saw the anime when it aired. The anime was superior with it's parodying of the American cartoon art style. It's funny how much this show succeeds where Americans just FAIL whenever they try being animesque. They're even doing an Iron Man Anime. Oh God... yes.
