They are more the opposite then similar. Battler is confident, strong while Brief is very shy and his way of thinking is that of a nerd

Battler's not a ginger. Brief is. Brief's hair is orange and he's freckly and lanky. Battler's hair is just bright red, he isn't freckly, and is tall but not scrawny in the way that Brief is.
