My thoughts on the picture: Keith was too arrogant (what else is new tho?) and thought he and his crew could chase down a pirate vessel his crew is captured and he is tied to his ship and bombed to the seas. Perhaps it's the end for him. A curious merman seems to disagree; maybe this human can tell him about the surface.
