It's all not premeditated but there is an inclination of informing others of a different topic. Despite her behavioral issues with communicating and lack of social skills in certain situations, Ji is quite the intelligent student in the class. Her grades are above average and have a hobby of reading medical textbooks in the library. This environment gives her a steady mind and nerves in the school atmosphere. When giving an answer, Ji will give the honest truth. She will be curt -- blunt, short, possibly rude -- in any situation. She may not physically show it, emotionally portray it on her face, but Ji is a curious girl who has thoughts of interacting with others. To try new things and experience what her classmates experience.

With poor judgment, she can't tell which is the lie or truth. So, being gullible leaves her to being easily persuaded into believing something. Introverted -- shy, quiet, reserved -- is the negative part of her personality because this puts her in a ball of isolation. Making her a target of bullies and other threats that may scare her deep down. Due to this, she avoids crowds and hides from activities despite wanting to do those activities with others.

At the age of two, signs of autism started showing in Ji's behavior. Her parents sought a route where they thought it was easier to have no disabled kid in their life. Placing Ji in the adoption system, the little girl was placed in many children homes until a family withdrew her from the system. But because of the importance of bloodline in Korea, adoption was a taboo for many families and Ji was one of those kids who had to hide from her adoptive parent's relatives. Years later when in middle school, the fear of rejection that her parent's had, had gone away. Thinking exposing this kind of family love would fix their relatives' hearts. They were open about the taboo life and grew to help Ji in coping with her autism. It plays a significant role in her life since it affects her in every way possible -- behavioral, social, etc. When she reached high school, she attended a school before Kuhae Academy that had equal teaching standards but had bad quality students and teachers. Despite her copings and ability to hide her physical behaviors, she was bullied and criticized harshly by the people around her. She couldn't take anymore which resulted in Ji having a breakdown in the halls. Ji was later transferred to Kuhae for her final semester as her parents hope she'll have a better social life at this school.
