Sort of a gift to my best bud Matt-Matt and Princey ^^

To Prince because it is of our charries Sora and Til from mkg ^_^

aaaand to Matt-Matt cos he's bugging me for YEARS to draw backgrounds XDD

dear gawd.... colouring this, I remembered why I HATE backgrounds so much T_T my poor hands..... those bloody curtains took forever to colour lol but meh.... tis all done now ^_^o and I'm actually quite happy with it~

I haven't drawn these two in a loooong time.... twas good to draw them again ^_^o The story of these two isn't such a good one sadly.... Til is a daywalker (vampy) who is brought back from the brink of demonism by the lovely human schoolgirl, Sora. She's one of the FEW human charries we have in mkg @_@ in fact, the first and almost only one to have no powers..... sadly, she dies at the end of the first season.... causing til to become a mess.... buuuut yes.... I thought they deserved a happy picture ^_^

The idea is a random one... I was thinking of what background I could draw to please matt-matt.... and then I thought of tea (I've started working at the coffee club.... so there's the inspiration for that).... then the whole titanic dress came into play.. and then I remembered dear sora and til... "PERFECT" I said.... and started sketching the next morning ^_^

Over all this took about 3-4days (one day of nada as I had to work and was too tired to colour)

Definitely shall be putting this in my portfolio ^_^

Used: Faber Castell Coloured Pencils, lead pacer, ruler, a fineliner and photoshop cs2 for edits to the border and some shading on the curtains (the scan killed the depth)
