It looks sorta like a chinease dragon. Those have long bodies and no wings. ^^

No, those kinda of dragons have arms and legs, and they have long whiskers coming out from their snout. I'm not sure if they have horns, either. Dragonair is a lot more like a snake than a dragon.

I just looked in the pokedex too, and it only says dragon. Same for Dratini. ^^

None of the PokΓ©dex entires say it's an actual dragon, it's only a dragon type. And read Bulbapedia. "Dragonair are long, serpentine PokΓ©mon that can be up to 13 feet long." A serpent is a snake. Dragonair is a snake. The design is a snake. Everything about it is a snake. It's only a dragon typed snake.
Besides, there is no other being that has only head and a long body other than a snake.

I only wanted to do all of the completely evolved snakes (well and Dragonair, since a Dragonite wouldn't make sense). Adding pre-evos would've taken up too much space and look messy.
