Ah, yes, here he is. The demonic edge boy.I still have yet to see Devilman Crybaby but I’ve read some of the original 70’s manga and watched clips from the older anime so I think I can be called somewhat of a fan.
Honestly though, I find the concept of Devilman very cool and have a strong appreciation for how the franchise has influenced modern Japanese media that I like.

Also the new one is pretty good, but I like the wonky animation more than the story. It's just full of "Whoops, there goes that character" moments.

Haha, yes. I’ve been hearing a lot of that sort of thing about Crybaby. I don’t see the story being something that’ll hurt my enjoyment of the show too much. I mean, looking at the past 70’s iterations of Devilman it can only get better from there.
