Description
Another quick one I have wanted to do for some time now. Eldon Ax from the TOR novel: Fatal AllianceSith apprentice to Darth Chratis, who is IMO a true old style Sith, they don't make them like that anymore
Can't say too much about her because I don't want to spoil anyone's read. I always thought this character would be fun to paint if simply to put a face to the name
This took around 4-5 hours on and off, pencil lines not included which took an initial 30mins.
Digitally finished in Photoshop CS4 and Painter X

Thanks muchly I had the most fun with the dreads, I could have made them a tad bit redder but it seems to have worked out nicely. Yeah totally read that book, it was a pleasant surprise.

Thanks very much I really enjoyed that book, which surprised me because I hadn't much liked the force heretic trilogy the writer partnered on, and the era isn't one of my favorites in the EU. However, I thought it was absolutely fantastic
one that is certainly up there in my faves. I just really wanted to give this character a go, from one crazy dreadlocked person to another

I previously read the authors take on the Force Unleashed part one and two and found that once he gets into his grove the book gets really good. This era happens to be my favorite due to the fact that there is more ideas to explore. Even though Luke Skywalker is awesome in the EU I wanted to branch away from the Skywalker lineage (sorry a-little jaded from the movies and I am a HUGE Quinlan Vos fan anyways). But so far the book is great and I cannot wait to read more to do with the Old Republic. Sorry went off on a tangent there.

Hehehe no go off on a tangent all you like, it's a good point. I haven't read the force unleashed novelisations, but I also heard they were very good. Hmm Quinlan Vos though, I haven't painted him for ages time I did something about that too! I really love what they did with him in the clone wars, I didn't really agree with 'gritty' Quin

Very nice job on Eldon ye've done here, been a while since I've read Fatal Alliance I forgot she was a redhead. Would be fun if Paul Kemp did a follow-up book on her.

Thanks And I would quite like to see a follow up book on her too, it never really went far beyond her finding her way off of that world with the hexes. I would actually really love to see a picture of those droids, they sounded pretty interesting too.

Hello there! And thanks muchly, I couldn't find much art featuring this character, but from the second I read about her I knew I was going to end up painting her one day. I have a tendancy to go for the less popular ones, though I do really hope we get to see some official art of her soon I also liked Shigar Konshi and Moxla, watch this space I guess! Ax's was a very intriguing story, and probably common in terms of the Sith taking people's children away to be trained at that point in time. Her master looked incredible, I agree!
