Yeah... I really dunno. You'd think they'd be used to all the damage done by now. They just accept it as inevitable. They probably have some kind of system in place for when it happens. If you're gonna let people go through your city with what amounts to a small armory of living weapons, you'll need some kind of program in place for when the damage happens.
...But this is a contest entry, not a discussion about the economic effects of pokemon battles, and I'm being weird again.
