Quite a lovely piece!
The colours blend together in such a wonderful way, expressing power and emotions and gripping the viewer into their essence.
The expression seems so calm and inviting, flowing quite tranquil with the expanded wings and whisping colours.
The outfit is quite nice, too. It isn't overpowering or flashy and adds stability to the image.
The BG is quite nice, playing upon the multi-coloured wings, showing a depth and playing up the powerful combination of feelings one gets from viewing such an image~
