It would depend on the Konami/Ultra game you use it on. Typically it will just give you a few extra lives or continues. In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II for the NES, it will give you maximum lives and allow you to use a stage select.

Nice done. This is an accurate controller to me. By the way, Select and Start is hard to read. Its blur a little bit. You should use Paint.net and turn off an anti-aliasing. It will prevent the blur fonts and read it better like a real controller.

Thanks. The anti-aliasing was intentional because I didn't want to make the image any larger.

I once programmed a door in minecraft to open only when the Konami code was input into a controller on the wall. ;D

Nice! I've still yet to play Minecraft because I don't need another gaming addiction

True that friend. It really gets to you. It seems like such a harmless game with no plot or real objective, then you play it and learn how fun it is to punch blocks.

Indeed. And the block aspect makes it all the more like Tetris in that regard. They're the type of games that are easy to start yet take a lot of time to master.
