It is not difficult, it's just transferring the drawings in a notebook to the computer via a scanner and then insert these images in the meme with an image editor (like Gimp)

You can use Photoshop, Gimp or other image editor (even Microsoft Paint) Then just open the blank meme and paste your scanned drawings. If the program allows it to you can improve color and brightness of your images.
At the end you save as .Jpeg

Voy a hacer eso, sí, de subirlo a más grupos a ver que pasa.
¿Como estoy? Pues estupendamente bien. Trabajando viendo avisos por internet y hoy voy a hacer mis primeros cobros. Sin estudios por el momento por las protestas estudiantiles y el presidente no nos concede la educación gratuita todavía
