Been a while since I drew any Cars fanart...the fact that I've drawn some may or may not be related to the fact that I went to the cinema to see Cars 2...Anyhow, I really don't think this rusty tow truck needs any introduction. Quite a challenge as far as colouring goes, because of his rust-encrusted paint, hope I did him justice though.

Funny you should mention that, they were showing snippets of those when I was at Comic Con in 2010...I liked what I saw. 
Glad you enjoyed my take on Mater too...those rust effects took some time to colour, but it was worth it.

I used a reference pic to get the background colours, can't say I've used blue to shade a cliff before! And a bit too much like his voice actor he may be, but Mater most definitely steals the show in the film.
