How did you make the eyes glow like that?

I believe I used about 10 or so layers. The layers were set to overlay and color dodge with various shades of orange. I had to use a pen tool to make sure I was only catching her eyes and not going onto her skin (I did a tiny bit on the skin for lighting occlusions).
