Stock byHere's the tutorial that asked for... I use this effect quite a bit since the camera I'm currently using doesn't change aperature very well. About making that fading in the backround effect, otherwise known as depth of field.
Sorry it's really crappy, I just made it in like, half an hour cause I got homework...
