Another murder, another plea of reinforcement was the thing that forced Roy D’Argies out of his comfortable sleep, he wanted to relax in his free time, he needed to catch up with his sleep, but sadly the murderer disagreed with him there. So he climbed out of his bed and put on his clothes, the revolver hidden in his long twin tail coat, his ID somewhere in the many pockets. Just as he got his boots on there were three knocks on his door and a well known voice behind it “You’re awake Roy? They need you by Victoria Station!” Thomas, as always right in time when something popped up out of nowhere, but still he was a very good friend and since Roy would need to walk from his house in Whitechapel down to Westminster, or by the train or cap, but thanks to Thomas he wouldn’t need to do that. “Yeah, I’m awake! I’m coming Thomas!”

Thomas didn’t need to wait any longer as his black haired friend with the X scar on his face came out of his house and both where sitting in Thomas’ car and was on their way to Victoria Station.

“So, what did they tell you through the phone?” Thomas asked while still looking onto the road. ‘Here we go again...’ Roy thought with a roll of his eyes. “You know as good as me that I can’t tell you how or even ever, I’ll look how the case will end and then decide, okay Thomas?” He said, while looking at Thomas from the corner from his eyes, while his blood red eyes where reflecting the light, as he noticed the nod from Thomas his eyes locked onto the road. To be honest, he didn’t get much information either, which  annoyed and worried him. Was it so worse that they feared that if they told him what this was about that he wouldn’t take this case, he moved over his thoughts as he played with his necklace, it was a wolf’s head, his purpose was long forgotten by Roy himself, but he knew that this was a gift from someone he loved.

After a while they reached the crime scene, he thanked Thomas for the ride and walked to the scene, before the officers could ask he shoved his ID into their faces and walked inside the house. It was a true mess and the blood that was coming from the living room wasen’t helping in any way to brighten the house. “Ah, Detective! I hope we didn’t threw you out of bed.” Roy tried not to growl at the coroner since it was the exact thing they did. “Victim, Lindsey Heath, housewife, 40 years old. Several wounds on the entire body, but the reason for her death was that her heart was ripped out, completely. I’ve never seen anything like this before.” Roy was looking through the quick and short autopsy they could make while being on the crime scene while the coroner told him everything, but as he said the part with the heart even Roy looked shocked at the body, as if not beliveing his words but for real, there was a big hole and no heart. He got his way again and looked for the office that was leading the investigation and he sweared it wasn’t his day as he saw him, he totally hated this guy or to be more correct both hated the other one, his name was Robert Stirling. “Officer Stirling, got any clueses for me yet?” Robert glaard daggers at Roy but shoke his head, only slightly “Not quite, only one footprint which could never come from a human, more like an animal, but we got our murder suspect! It’s John Heath, the husband of the victim, he was the only one here, since there are no signs of a break in. He was already taken to the station Detective D’Argies.” Before they could start a little fight Roy went to look for other clueses, but found non other than this red footprint out of blood. He rose both of his eyebrows, it was years ago since he saw something like that and the thought made something within roar in anger, but since it’s been for too long, he couldn’t place this feeling.

“I tell you, I would never kill my sweet wife!! Why don’t you believe me?!” It had been wo hours since Roy stepped into the room to speak with the prime suspect, John Heath. From what he said and the way he said it, anyone would belive him from the start, but not Roy, he needed something better, not just crying out loud that the person couldn’t have killed someone else. As he asked a few more questions then something came to mind as he leaned forward “Tell Mr. Heath. Did you notice something... strange? Something that you would call... Supernatural?” As Mr. Heath looked suprised and started thinking Roy observed him carefully. No wounds or other things on him, so his gaze went to the pictures of the body of the victim, every injury was there right infront of him, then he noticed something very strange about those wounds, they where familiar... ‘There is something, really something weird about those... I could  swear I’ve seen this kind of injury before... But where...?’ He played with his necklace again in deep thought, but came back as Mr. Heath mentioned something about the full moon and a howl that sounded not like a wolf, he laughed and said there would be no chance that there were wolves in London. While he laughed, Roy’s attention was caught as he thought again, but dismissed Mr. Heath, saying he was innocent and had nothing to do with the murder and the only one that disagreed with him was Robert Stirling, of course it had to be him... “He was the only one that could do something like this!” Robert shouted at Roy which he countered with “He can’t be the murderer, he told me something very interesting!” As Robert wanted to ask what this was another police office ran to them shouting that there was aother corpse with the same injuries. Robert starred at Roy with an open mouth as the black head started smirking back at him, it had proved that John Heath wasn’t the murderer so they had no right to keep him in the station. “You should go to investigate, I’ll take care of Mr. Heath release, right Officer?” He left and poked his shoulder which earned him the typical line from Robert ‘Sarcastic, red eyed bastard’ and Roy only chuckled about it and went to his work. Mr. Heath was relived that someone actually believed him and Roy told him, as long as the murderer wasn’t stopped and his home was be a crime scene, he couldn’t go there and adressed him to another old friend which owned a motel where he could stay. After he went to the motel Roy went into his office at the station and was thinking again, he noticed that he played once more with his necklace. Then it hit him like a ton of bricks! The wounds on the 1st victim and the same from the 2nd victim... Roy looked out of the window at the bright full moon, then he heard what Mr. Heath mentioned... A howl... Roy looked down onto his necklace, everything came back to him and the reason why he had this necklace... A smirk started to pull at his lips, maybe he should go and show the rookie who was in charge here in this town and walked outside with his necklace in his hand as he looked up at the moon. ‘Seems like I found my roots again...’

The sun was rising again as Roy turned in his bed, but sadly in the wrong direction as he kissed the floor. “DAMNIT!!” Was shouted from the ground when he sat up and cursed again as he felt the pain from different parts of his body. The department called again and said they found the murderer, wounded so much they needed to move him to hospital, case closed.

Roy threw his phone away and stood up to look into the mirror and splashed water in his face as he looked at his exposed upper body “Seems like I need to patch those injuries up, nerver thought that this ‘wanna be alpha’ was good at fighting.
