This is PTU (pay to use) meaning you have to purchase to get it!
Sadly, while it is pixelated, it might not be MS paint friendly as it heavily uses layers.
You will receive a psd file!

This base includes:
-Over 10 body types (including the special breeds we have: Hairless, Munchkin and Lykoi)
-Over 10 tail
-Different ears
-Different expressions (eyes, muzzles)
-Accessories

-You may make adoptable out of it.
-Use for own characters.
