It's the program we used to do this. It's short for Open Canvas.
It's a pretty good program for CG work, but whats really special about it is that you can connect with someone else and share the canvas with them. Like we did here. I drew my character and she drew hers.

Speedlines or blur effect, Remember DDR is all about movement, except when you pass the song -_-;; but the players are in constant movement and if tried to be pictured by a camera, you would see part of their bodies blurred because of their movement.
