It's pretty darn cool, but I noticed that the lighting doesnt match well...
1: on the background image, the main light source is pretty much to the right side. 2: The light source on the chest image comes from about the same angle as the camera. 3: the lighting on the face image comes from the front, a little bit higher than the camera, and maybe a little bit to the left. None of these match with your "chest-shadow"
Another thing I would change myself, would be to make the lines of the shadow a little bit more blurred.
But I still like it

well,i have to admit that i still have a little problem with lighting and shadow.like i told you before
i will fix it ASAP
2&3 well,that's what i think is the problem for photomanipulator in using stock image from internet,not by taking it themselves,is the difference of the lighting angle.and to me it could take a year to find the exactly appropriate ones
seriously,i don't know what should i do with that >.<;

I'm not sure how I would solve it either, without doing some really hard work, changing a few of the pictures
When I'm allready on the roll here... Do something with the blood-splatter brush you used partially on the face, and the background! To me it looks kind of weird, mostly because of the tiny spot on his nose, which doesnt follow his face, but just lies there, kind of flat. And inside the chest, I think you've got a little bit wrong angle on the blood brush, which can easilly be fixed.
Dunno if these things are too important, but what the heck
