Not bad. I like the detail of the skin and fingers.
I just I think it would be more aerodynamic if the Patagium ended at the base of the tail instead of half of it, to reduce air resistance and have greater mobility for the tail (as rudder).

honestly i don't remember, i have so many brushes in photoshop i rarely use the same one across multiple drawings hahaha
but i think it was some kind of cloud brush, at least that's what it looked like to me

The part about uploading - painfully relatable. The drawing is rather well done, especially the colouring. Minor details aren't exactly as they are in the movie but that's not that important. If you have the energy and willpower to draw more of this kind then go ahead
