The very first boss of whole Spyro series, Toasty, the sheep in scarecrow costume and later on stilts. His redesign in Reignited Trilogy is freaking great. Many ironic things around this sheep actually, also iconic one. I would hope this guy become recurring villain in the future since he only appeared on Spyro 1 before, and came back in 2018 remaster.

His level is full of shepherds and slamming dogs, and he's the one who controlling them, who is a sheep. His name is Toasty, and defeated by being toasted.
