Hey, remember this guy? Yeah, he's corrupted now. But, this is also his fourth form too.

And just remember this, he can't really die. His heart might have been taken out but that still won't stop him.
So when he "died", again, he goes in his ghost form that almost no one can see. He's there, just not physically.
But his ghost form doesn't stay on him for too long, as a alien, he does recover very quickly. Although, if something gets ripped out of his body, like his heart, his body will start to become more and more corrupted and melt.

And let me tell you this, I don't call him Error for nothing. ouo
