One thing I wanted to do in the Undernet was show a Virus civilization, something that does exist in the Battle Network manga, where Lan and MegaMan discover a Mettool frontier town.
Some of the Viruses inhabiting Cyber Kowloon are based on scrapped concept art for proposed Viruses, and I snuck in another Star Force Navi, TradeMan.EXE, while I was at it~! Cyber Kowloon itself is mostly lifted from its likeness from Digimon Universe: Applimonsters, but with a bit of Ryo Takamisaki's version of the Cyber World towns for spice. I had considered sneaking in some of the robed Appmon (and Digimon) in Kowloon, but decided against it to keep the MegaMan vibe more pure.
