The immediate picture I had for Punkmon was Zazz the Zeti from Sonic Lost World. Turning Raidramon's armor into leather jacket thing topped off the whole thing. My favorite part are is lightning bolt hair and his microphone made out of the DigiEgg of Friendship.
I like to think Punkmon and Shoutmon would get along great.
