Now that's interesting. Wonder who or what could have brought up my character to be included in a commission.

It was honestly my choice to include him more so than the commissioners. Similarly spoiler alert the likes of Davis, Shin and Kentarou will also appear alongside him, though they weren't specified to be so originally. It's to round out the "cast" as they all play a role in things.
