Character concept for some villains I had in mind for Psi Zone. They debuted ahead of time in a Zurumon comic I'm working on, but they originally debut after the early Algomon fiasco.

A low level gang that work as data thieves led by ChuuChuumon, they disguise themselves as Bots via Tinmon to sneak into servers of interest and steal valuable data for clients. Among their ranks is a young and curious Motimon, who's conflicted with participating in their actions, but helps out to sate his curiosity and perhaps find the one called "Izzy". Yes, in the Zone adaption, a naive Tentomon originally worked with a criminal gang.

ChuuChuumon in particular is very short tempered, generally wanting little nonsense getting in his way when he and his gang complete a task, but is often frustrated by Motimon's innocence and the interference of the Zoners that have come to Psi Zone. ChuuChuumon is skilled with machines, being able to hack into systems in ease and is an expert pilot, but has little fighting ability on his own. If his Tinmon mech suit is destroyed, he's vulnerable, but luckily for him, he's usually speedy enough to avoid getting deleted.

They come into conflict with Tai, Dan and the Zoners after they vandalize Kiichi's Locomon, and seek to infiltrate Tachikawa Industries' systems to steal valuable data for a certain client...!
