will his mega form have a tail & face like muzzle of a lizard / dragon or lizard / dragon like or will it be like omnimon & gallantmon? also will he have champ & ultimate forms as well?

I guess his face is sorta dragon muzzle like.
He does... Though he has a loose Champion Level idea which is sorta like Growlmon/GeoGreymon.

Examon looks moa dragon than humanoid here, still the details fit nicely. Still if I didn't know any better, Dinomon maybe another version of Lizomon like original Agumon and savers Agumon.

Ray is that boy that's been following Dan and Melody around in the Beginning arc. He and Dinomon are the Council Zone versions of Regan and Lizomon.
