The bird that everyone loves to hate. =3He is a Champion Level Digimon believe it or not. >3
Before I came up with Norse Wind Breaker and Aeroga Transmission, Veorfolmon was originally supposed to attack with the bird on his head. It's possible he still can, but I have no name for the attack, much less of what it could do.
Other wise, he just uses the bird to spy on folks which he demonstrated earlier.

Also nice to have a concrete size comparism, as his size does not become clear from the comit itself.

Like it's been implied in Adventure and 02 a couple of times, it's safe to perhaps assume that Veorfolmon can change his size depending on what he's doing. But yeah he's supposed to be roughly a half body taller than Dan and Masaru.
