Pretty good design work right here, yo. Based on the origins of the fighting style and chakram, I take it she is inspired by Persian culture?

Ooh, a nihang fighting style!  Points for originality on that one!
Chakram aside, I would have guessed that she was a ninja, based on the dogi she's wearing - but maybe that's just me. In any case, I like it - especially the fuzzy bits around the neck and feet.  I bet they'd make for great distractions - feinting a kick to the face or some such to obscure the whirling steel coming for the belly.  Likewise, a low-kick could distract from a garrotte strike - assuming the end of the wire were weighted.  Now that I think about it, that long, swishy hairdo also probably serves to break up the form…
All in all, great attention to costume detail!  I'm impressed by the logistics.  -_^

Wow thanks it's been awhile since anyone gave a pretty accurate run down of one of my characters. In that case I must have done something very right with her. I was actually thinking that the Garrotte would be connected to the Chakram. Like whirling them around during battle. Those who dodge the Chakram would also be in danger of the Garotte tangling them up along was sharp hurts to the constricted areas of the body. While Fighting, her hair serves as like a misdirection kind of thing. But idk, still gotta work the kinks in the logic there on my part. XD

Awesome!
I don't know if it's be a good idea to have the chakram attached to the garrotte directly, though.  If it got tangled around somewhere non-vital (an arm, a weapon, etc.), it would limit the versatility of the chakram as well - especially since the character's build seems to indicate a style that's very mobile.
Hmmm…  She could always hold one end of the garrotte with the same hand she uses for the blade.  Then, if it ensnares a target well, a turn of the wrist would give her a firm grip, while a poor tie-up could be fixed by simply letting go.
Of course, depending on how historically accurate you're trying to go, garrottes were traditionally weapons of surprise attack.  One end, weighted, would be slung around the neck of a target as they walked blithely past and, within a few seconds, a well-executed choke would render a victim unconscious.  Frequently, this "weapon" would be something as simple as a silk ribbon with a coin (or a few) stitched into the end to keep it unobtrusive.
For a more fantasy/anime-type style, another "fun" option is to use a wire, piece of strong fishing line or (since you mentioned high magic and technology) a monofilament strand.  That would put the pressure on a very small area, letting the line cut like a blade.  With a monofilament, that could even sever limbs and heads and stuff.  FUn!  ^_^
Anywho, I hope that's helpful.  I tend to rant a bit when things interest me…

PS:  Thanks for the watch on my own gallery as well!  I appreciate it!

No problem, I gladly take suggestions.... But keep in mind she still in production, she waiting for the 22,000 mark....I should probably post more often to boost it. I have two other characters up my sleeve. One is a former Bad Guy who can be seen in "The 5ive" Picture front in center. After this event ends, he gets a new identity and persona. The other is more like a redux of a Panther character I made 2 years ago.

so the best way I can do so is through putting the story along with each picture. whats even worse when you forget the epic tale you thought of just before drifting to sleep.

I once thought of on epic animated intro for my title character Blue Jacket. He wakes up in a space like environment just floating and then he begins to run in slow motion. While that's going one all past pictures I ever drew of him begin to strike hip like bullets from a gun but instead of  being harmed, each pic turns into a piece of his costume.

I thought out the whole thing but I can't type it...it's too long for 3 minutes worth of shot.

So is there a comic or story to read somewhere about this character and the world she came from?

Its just that this is my first time seeing this character and it kinda feels like I've missed out on some grand adventure. Like I should be looking at this picture and saying " holy crap she's back and she's more bad ass than ever!!!"

Well her story is still on the back burner for now. But I was planning on hint at her in my next big picture "Gift of Light: Part II".....I can't post it until I reach 22,000 Views.

The story goes (Right after part one), The Hero team "Presque" (my characters group) is scattered all around Denver trying to defeat the villainous group called "The 5ive" from destroying the Time itself. One group of heroes encounter a time drifting renegade named "Exodus" who is also try to defeat the 5ive. Another Group of Heroes are trying to uncover the hidden past of a woman named Novicca whom they found in the basement of a Corporate Build but three members of the 5ive keep interfering with their investigation. The Third group isn't part of the Presque Team but they are on the hunt for a Dangerous anomaly that has some how going to different timelines and temporarily possessing people to become it's physical host. But they receive info from a man named Crimson that the entity that this group has been tracking is an old foe of his own group (Presque). After a one huge confrontation between the groups involved and the TRUE Enemy. It causes time to be shifted drastically in the future, which brings us back present day after all this has blown over. Apparently the mass clash of Energies outside of Time/Space woke up something that might have caused a war between Ancient Magic Users and Modern day Technicians.

Somewhere in this plot point is where Nasiera's story truly takes off.
