Ion's new outfit is DONE! And this outfit is so good that it kinda makes me want to redo Mikal's outfit in the same way I did this one. It'd mostly just be some tweaks and minor pattern changes. Idk, we'll see.

It was really hard not to copy Mikal's diamond pattern in a lot of his design. But I got the idea to use teardrops instead. There wasn't a particular reason to use teardrops, it was just the first shape I drew that I thought really worked.
I kinda struggled with this one. I even doodled some ideas over a few pages in a sketchbook, and only one of the ideas I liked, and then when I started drawing it digitally, I started to think it looked really bad in my digital art style, but I kept going with it because I figured the dark color palette would help. And it did, so I ended up sticking with it.
I am so happy I got the idea for the lace face mask, because the lace parts are probably some of the coolest details in the design. Also, did I hand design all the lace? Yes. Did I also make the lace purposely dark so if I didn't want to draw it again in the future I could get away with a random lace pattern? Also yes.
I think I got the perfect balance of ninja, but also not Asian. idk, I'll leave that up to you guys.
