Description I've decided I'm gonna learn/teach myself to draw. As such, I have also decided to doodle something every day. Here's today's.

It's my mouse and some of the things around it. Whoo. Go me. (Looks like you gotta download to see it all. Whoops.)

I'm not sure why I uploaded this!!! I mean, due to the nature of the 'project' it's gonna be.. pretty bad, but. I guess.. I dunno. I really don't. Whatever here it is!!!!

ADDENDUM: Oh oh I just remembered something I was gonna say right here goes: I drew this in Photoshop, which I have almost no experience in. I prefer PSP, as I've used that for longer and am more familiar with its terminology, layouts, and shortcuts. So this is also partly a way to learn more about Photoshop I guess. I do really like how the brush handled the strokes; they're much cleaner than PSP would allow. I'll almost certainly keep using PSP, partly because I think it's organised much better, partly because it loads up faster (Especially 7), but I could see myself actually beginning to use PS regularly after this.

Although Christ, I hate all the little important floaty windows. Why can't I dock them like in PSP so they don't cover up important bits?

you can dock them, there's a space at the top of the screen you can drag them where they become little tabs sticking out

also yeah i hated psp because if you made hte brush too small it just became hard pixels no matter what and also the smudge tool did something crappy too and that's all i remember

Oh yeah, I think I used to know that. THANK YOU EV THAT SHOULD HELP.

Although I still prefer how PSP has that whole side.. area that's always visible (unless you don't want it) and just displaces the image, not cover it :<
