This was drawn a couple months ago, actually.
WELL I SORT OF FORGOT ABOUT IT AND THEN WE GOT A NEW COMPUTER AND THEN I COULDN'T FIND MY PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS TO INSTALL AND I COULDN'T ROTATE IT TO THE LANDSCAPE-VIEW-THING
AND THE WATER HAS SRS ISSUES.
She looks like a pokemon.

Oh yeah! I have absolutely no idea where those are... And yes, Gyarados is a pokemon. But, I'm sorta writing on fanfiction.net right now, instead of drawing. Speaking of which, I need to finish the Halloween special chapter of my fanfiction. It's of Lilo and Stitch. Toodles!
