You can create one... It's simple. Write this quote in Word, print it out on t-shirt print paper, stick it on a white (or light-coloured) shirt, iron it ... et voila! You have your own custom t-shirt

hey so i actually have a question about Deviantart. Its gonna sound like Im brain dead but I wrote a cool poem type thing and I wanted to put it on here. I've seen other people's I just cant seem to find where to go on this site to submit it..I know it sounds stupid but, yeah.

No, no, you're not brain dead or stupid. Never say that.
You go to your page and click SUBMIT ART (somwhere on the right side) and then dA opens another page with specifics for your art. In the case of your poem, you write the title, choose the category (literature->poetry), clikc then add file and search it on your PC, write something about your poem in author's comments, write few key words, there are also specifics about downloading (if you allow it or not), maturity content (if it can be read by 13 yo or if it's mature. dA is very strict about it) and whatnot. Just read trough it, dA will warn you if something's missing

The other way is to write your poem in journal. But journals don't count as deviations.
