As I remember, I used for setup and posing DAZ Studio 4 Advanced with Victoria 5 Base for Genesis and Coco Hair. Then I've transferred everything via OBJ to Carrara 8 Pro (incl. Textures). The cloth is a dynamic "Soft Body". The render I made with indirect lighting and a key light. I used Photoshop to improve some details, to decolorize and to adjust the levels.

Thank you very much for the details. I have downloaded Carrara but not yet done any work in it. I'm glad you liked some of my gallery works. Much to learn still and seeing what you are able to create gives me inspiration to keep trying
