i like the simplicity,but don't you ever experiment more with colorscheme, i'm curious to see wips or sketch dumps,you still don't draw guys often =3=

This is probably the first time I actually tried out a color scheme. All of the other times were accidental/on whim when I picked certain colors. For me, this drawing was actually me trying out the color scheme I picked >_>;; I'm going to post something later that has the same color scheme, because I want to practice/train myself to see these colors together. It's probably also in my personality that I unconsciously choose similar colors at times. My favorite color is blue, after all.
As for WIPs/sketch dumps, I don't post them on dA. For me, dA is where I post works that are completed. I tend to post WIPs on my Tumblr. Sketch dumps--I've only recently posted a "dump" on my Tumblr (only four drawings though orz). I do like the idea of making more sketches and posting them there.
And yes, I know that I don't draw guys often. I guess it's because when I draw a background that I consider to be decent, I don't want to ruin it by adding a guy that isn't well drawn. Β But I've been drawing guys a lot more than I usually do. I just like to hide those drawings away >__> not the best, you know?

It's okay, I know you meant well! My personality isn't one that's super outgoing or anything...it's a fault that can show through my art sometimes. //sighghghghg I feel like I need to work three times as hard to improve my art orz it can be stressful =___="

I really just love this drawing. Its simple, but yet the colors and the composition and the reflections of sorts make it very pleasing to the eye in my opinion. Great job.
