I wanted to practice shading and whatnot, so I digitized this old drawing of Roll and threw colors onto her until it seemed decent.It's my strategy for life, too.
EDIT: OH MY GOODNESS I FORGOT THE REST OF HER PONYTAIL IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THICKER AHH

As for the coloring? Β I agree with Friend; I think it looks pretty good! Β There's a nice balance of shine and shadow and nothing looks terribly out-of-place. Β Though... I personally wouldn't mix soft shading with hard shading, myself. Β But that's just a preference, not a critique!
