^_^ The Deebit!

Decided to make the species chart tonight.

The Deebit gets its name from it's currious resemblence to a morphed deer and rabbit. They have the graceful, elegent bodies of deer with the ears, noes and tails of a rabbit.

Deebits are born from dreams, so they can have any coloring, any marking, and just about any mutation you can think of. Many deebits are also shape-shifters so they can take the form of just about anything. Deebits can have many abilities and can therefore do many different things. There's a legend that if you catch a deebit (a nearly impossible feat) it will grant you one wish.

There are two categories of deebit; Dream deebits and Nightmare deebits. Dream deebits are normally happy, playful creatures. They're creative and inventive and love to play good-natured tricks. Nightmare deebits on the other hand are cruel and mean and spiteful. They avoid Dream deebits at all times and are usually very solitary.

Deebits are very fast and can usually teleport. Combine that with their many abilities and sometimes the ability to shape-shift and you've got one tricky creature on your hands. They're nearly impossible to catch. And since they only come out at night that can also make things a little more difficult.

The only things that almost never change on a deebit are its ears and tail. Usually they're the same for every deebit. Also, you'll almost never see a deebit with colorful eyes. They always have the same white, round, button-like empty eyes.

All deebits are genderless when they're born and they get to choose what gender they will be. They can also swich genders if they want to. Normally a deebit with choose the gender of the one who dreamed them but not always. Whether male or female though makes no different on the designs, mutations, or build of the deebit.

The most effective way (and usually the only way) to catch a deebit is by using, of course, a dream catcher. Deebits seem to have a fasination with the way they're woven and when they're distracted trying to make sence of the dream catcher is the best time to aproach them.

If you want to make a Deebit character of your own or make adoptables, please have my permission first ( I don't bite lol I just want to know if it's being used ^^ ).
