This is a quick gift pic for a friend of mine. :]She's been ill and all and I know she wanted a new siggy for a forum she's on.
And hey, here's what she'll get as a -get well- present |'D
Dun dun dunnn.. Sasuke! All in his gloomy glory. It's her fav character from that serie |'D
Uh.. I'm pretty much only a OC artist, so this is the first drawn and submitted fan art I've made.
I don't wish for any critique since it's a gift, thanks! n_n
And I have no clue about where that mark of his etc, are located. Never watched much of the serie myself, anyways!
Oh! Of course I had to add wings, suprise?!
Sasuke is from 'Naruto' and belongs to Kishimoto Masashi.

IΒ΄ve seen alot of Sasuke-Pictures (iΒ΄m a Naruto fan), and I not really like him..but this ist great. ItΒ΄s funny that your Sasuke looks better than every Sasuke Pic IΒ΄ve seen, but you donΒ΄t know the Naruto series!

Well, it's just I've experienced the elaboration of such an iconic creature in O'Barr's graphic novel. A crow is a carrion fowl, it thrives on death. Hence why for centuries beyond prerecorded history it has been regarded as a nega-deity, the reverse side of the dual Being illustrated in the concept of Yin and Yang.
The Crow is regarded as a god of death. It's a hugely iconic and rich symbol for the destructive forces in the universe.
Seems a bit much to liken Sasuke to a crow is all I'm sayin'. Still, I have to commend your remarkable artistry: it's a far cry from those gay finger-wings they gave him in the manga.

Oh, I certainly didn't think of such a extent when given this giftart a simple theme.
I mostly wanted the grey wings and atmophere to represent a darkness which Sasuke is in and has in him.
From what I've seen he's not exactly a happy-go-lucky person
For me a crow just symbolized what I saw fit, a bidding of a darkness.

From what I've seen Sasuke not exactly much of a person at all: he's more of a plot device than anything else.
I like 'em, but really his only defining characteristic is being arrogant and presumptive that's he's the crap and everyone else is just regular crap. That is, everyone except the ones he can exploit or extract knowledge from.
