thanky well see the hair was colored with pencil colors 2 light blue diferent the blue more ligth is the base and with the other make the shadows
the BG are with photoshop select the white space with the magic wand make a layer then put black color with the paintbrush and white color remake the form of the girl, and the last is search in paintbrush commands the star tip
