A new Experiment adopted from , AKA
( I hope you don't mind I made Fozzy a male Owo; I just thought it'd be kind of funny. )

Fozzy is a sort of clown/panda based Experiment, with a very feminine appeal,
but yes, Fozzy is a boy.
Jumba originally created Fozzy as a sort of nightmare inducer for children, terrifying them
so they had uneasy nightmares. However, the 'primitive Earth technology" caused a glitch when he was
created, and Fozzy instead entertains and cheers up kids.
He was one of the first Experiments Ailani caught on her own, and he has a special bond with her because of it.

And I think pretty much any important details would be in the bio up there.

NOTE: I know I drew him and Kernel kind of "lovey dovey", and while I do really like Kernel,
he's not shipped with Fozzy. Fozzy is currently single.
( In a story Cam and I are working on though he was in a relationship once, but broke up with the
other Experiment a long while ago ).

Now, I hope I didn't ruin the Experiment too much. owo;
