I would have loved to continue, but it was a like a wholenother school subject, you had to know all the officer's names of your squad and the 4 commanders of the other 9, different pledges, identify 27 badges, memorize drill commands, know ranks and titles and much more! We rode three times a week and every time you had to wear your complete uniform, completely ironed and everything shined. And rides were long, tiring and usually very intense and a bit stressful (it seemed there was always a show coming up). But I do wish I could have continued but as you can see it was a bit much! But I made many friends, improved considerably in my riding, and learned A LOT about team work, listening, timing and coordination. It was a pretty amazing experience that required a lot of effort. (:
