Darth Vader- Also known as Anakin Skywalker and one of the most iconic villains in fictional history. A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, there was little boy named Anakin Skywalker who sold to slavery on the harsh desert planet of Tatooine. Despite being a slave the kid was a prodigy as a mechanic and a pod-racer, however Anakin wanted more in his life as he wished he could travel the universe and become a Jedi Knight. His wish was granted when a Jedi master named Qui-Gon Jinn and his apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi took him in after winning a bet for Anakin’s freedom. The reason being interested in Anakin was because Anakin’s… ugh.. midichlorian level was higher than Jedi Master Yoda which Qui-Gon suspected that Anakin could be the chosen who was said to bring balance in the Force. Unfortunately Qui-Gon died before getting the chance to trained him, so Qui-Gon’s apprentice Obi-Wan became Anakin’s master. Anakin grew into an extremely powerful Jedi, capable of lifting starships and crushing buildings with just his mind. He quickly rose through the Jedi ranks to the very top, and lead the legendary 501st Legion during the events of the Clone Wars. Naturally curious to an extreme, the vast potential of the force was intoxicating to Anakin. Unable to accept and feared loss and pain, Anakin sought new powers to "fix" his problems. After a vision of his pregnant wife's death, he decided he had no choice but to turn to the Dark Side of the Force for answers under the old but powerful Sith Lord Darth Sidious. Although he was trained in the Jedi's pacifism, Anakin discovered he good at killing people then protecting them and slaughtered the entire Jedi Order including their apprentices. Anakin’s actions so lead to his punishment during a final duel with his old master Obi-Wan, during the fight Obi-Wan sliced off Anakins arm and both his legs and Anakin got burned alive being too close to lava and was left for dead. Luckily he was rescued after some... pretty intense reconstructive surgery with some cybernetic enhancements, he was rebuilt as the black-cloaked lord of the Sith we all love, Darth Vader. When Anakin became Lord Vader he went from a annoying, whiny, little bitch to a complete lord of badassery! Vader's body was sustained by his dark armor, a mobile life support system designed to protect what was left of him and intimidate his foes. His suit has enhanced his vision, hearing, and physique along with robot limbs, he can leap dozens of feet and lift several hundred pounds without having to use the Force. The armor is even dense enough to deflect lightsaber blows. Unfortunately, his new body had several problems like how it restricted his movement by weighing him down. While this caused problems for Vader at first, he quickly grew accustomed to his suits limitations and modified his fighting style to complement his new stance and strength. Even though his life support systems are vulnerable to electric overload or anything EMP related, he can use the Force itself to sustain himself for several hours. Vader wields a dual phase lightsaber but unlike normal lightsabers, Vader can manually adjust his to double its length. With his unmatched connection to the force, and training in both Jedi and Sith arts, he's learned a variety of techniques; he can deflect energy blasts with nothing but his hands, anticipate his opponents next moves, increase his speed and strength, and though his mechanical limbs cannot channel Force Lightning like his master, he can condense and launch a ball of electricity called Kinetite. Vader can use telekinesis to lift people up and choke the ever living hell out of them with his signature Force Choke. By using the Dark Side of The Force Vader embraces his passion and rage in battle, giving him an extremely aggressive fighting style, and like The Incredible Hulk, the angrier he gets, the deadlier he becomes. He's defeated tons of Jedi masters, including Obi-Wan himself, he matched his secret apprentice Galen Marek in force combat, who is powerful enough to move Star Destroyers, killed a doppleganger of Darth Maul by impaling himself, killed an entire army of rebels by using to Force to detonate the grenades they carried on them, made X-Wings fly into each other using the Force alone, could have possibly killed his apprentice Ahsoka Tano (her fate never revealed), killed Darth Sidious to save his son Luke, led an invasion on Kashyyyk and devastating the entire planet, and fought in the Soul Calibur universe. Darth Vader as I stated before, is one of the most iconic, most badass villains of all time.

Atrocitus – the first and leader of the Red Lantern Corps. Long ago the Manhunters, an intergalactic police created by the Guardians of the Universe, went rogue and on a rampage aiming to wipe out all life of Sector 666. The Manhunters are robots designed to keep peace in the universe programed only logic and no emotion. During the Sector 666 massacre, the Manhunters invade a planet Ryut and wiped out all life on the planet… but one. Before given the name Atrocitus he was simply known as Atros and during the invasion he was helpless to save his people, and his family. Atros was one of only five beings in the entire sector to escape death, so he and the other four survivors formed a terrorist cabal known as the Five Inversions whose goal is to be the destruction of the Guardians of the Universe and all who served them with Atrocitus serving as their leader. The Five Inversions preformed a ritual that gave them blood magic so they can take their revenge, but when given their new blood powers they were also given to see into the future to an event called The Blackest Night, a prophecy that was said all life would end in the universe. With this knowledge of the future they attacked the Guardians of the Universe, but failed and as punishment they were imprisoned. After this the Guardians formed the Green Lantern Corps and one of their own, Abin Sur, ended up on the planet and found the prisoners who told him the Blackest Night prophecy. Obsessed with this knowledge, Sur decided to research this and brought Atros along with him who at this point now calls himself Atrocitus. As they were heading towards Earth, where the prophecy was supposed to begin, Atrocitus broke free, attacked and killed Sur and crashed land on Earth and this is how Hal Jordan got his Green Lantern ring. Atrocitus when on a rampage and was looking for a human named William Hand who, according to the prophecy, is supposed to be the first wielder of the Black Lantern ring. Before Atrocitus could succeed he was stopped by Hal Jordan and his mentor Sinestro stopped him and saved William Hand. Hal and Sinestro brought Atrocitus back to the planet where he was put imprisoned and Atrocitus swore revenge against Sinestro who he thought was the greatest Green Lantern at the time. He then preformed a ritual which used the rage, hatred, and anger of the destroyed Sector he created the first Red Lentern Lamp as well as beat the other four members of the Five Inversions to death and combined their blood magic to create the first Ren Lantern ring. With his new powers and being the first member of the Red Lantern Corps he spreads fear through the universe and has been one of the Guardians greatest threats. Atrocitus without his ring is very strong and durably but with the ring those features are enhanced, strong enough to lift 20 tons and is bulletproof without using his ring. By using blood rituals, he is capable of looking into the future but general prophecy is easier to ascertain than specific knowledge, for example when looking for William Hand he had to enact a blood ritual to discern specific details of his whereabouts. What makes Red Lanterns so dangerous is the more angry they are the more powerful they become which fuels their rings which can be limitless. When Red Lanterns get angry enough, they vomit plasma which can burn through anything even space. When Atrocitus gained his Red Lantern ring he was given multiply abilities; flight, create red power constructs, fire red energy blasts, can absorb the rage of others to fuel his even if they’re not wearing a ring, has a form of telepathy where he can see the source of other peoples rage, create force fields, he can even resist death itself if angry enough (holy shit). There’s a reason he’s feared and considered the embodiment of rage itself, he got his heart ripped out by the Four Inversions and still won the fight, infected the Spectre with Rage who is a supernatural force, took on one of the most powerful lanterns Larfleeze who is a Orange Lantern, nearly defeated Saint Walker leader of the Blue Lantern Corps despite being at a disadvantage against his Blue Ring, got Lobo to join the Corps, tanked hits from Martian Manhunter with a weakened Power Battery, and took down the Guardians without a ring. Atrocitus is an absolute monster but has weaknesses thank god; Blue Lanterns can depower Red Lanterns if they subdue to Hope, if Atrocitus loses rage his power drops significantly, Ring itself holds a limited charge and needs to be recharged with a power battery every so often, and mainly his Ring is his life support so if removed Atrocitus can possibly die.
