The Hero of Time himself!

Link is a badass, simply put. However, there’s more to why he’s one of my favorites; Over the course of his adventures no matter which incarnation Link is a one man army as he defeats legions of evil monsters, explores vast lands, helps those in need no matter how time consuming, a puzzle solver as he navigates deadly dungeons, is practically Nintendo’s medieval batman by the amount of weapons and gadgets he has like his iconic Master Sword, the indestructible Hylian Shield, the Heroes Bow, the Strength Gauntlet and so on. Link pursues for justice and peace as the true wielder of the Triforce. I know he wields the Triforce of Courage but let me explain; The three Triforces are Power, Wisdom, and Courage. Ganon has the Triforce of Power because of his strength and powers, but doesn’t have the wisdom to use his power for the greater good and lacks the courage to make positive change. Zelda has the Triforce of Wisdom because she is wise beyond her years and intelligent enough to rule her people, she always wishes to do what is right for others and is extremely self-sacrificing. As wise as she is Zelda is not always capable of defending herself or others on her own thus lack Courage and believes she doesn’t have the Power to do what she needs to do. Link has the Triforce of Courage since he’ll literally go into battle despite the odds and stand up to what he believes is right, but as he goes on his adventures he slowly gains the other two; Link gains Power through his journeys as he battles powerful beasts and demons but doesn’t want to conqueror everything like Ganon, which is where Wisdom comes in as he understands his abilities and knows how to use them for good. He symbolizes hope, bravery, compassion, determination, and wisdom. With that being said, this, is why Link is one of my favorite characters.
